Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end governance of the One Genesys Framework sales portfolio • Evaluate and quantify commercial risk, revenue impact, and field readiness across concurrent programs • Develop and apply a structured sales-readiness assessment framework • Drive alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams • Present synthesized insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to VP- and SVP-level stakeholders • Identify cross-initiative conflicts, sequencing risks, and capacity constraints • Lead business case development, revenue modeling, adoption assumptions, and scenario analysis • Influence initiative design through commercial viability, pricing defensibility, and competitive positioning • Facilitate readiness reviews and stakeholder alignment for Sales execution • Advise senior sales leadership with independent, data-driven perspectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of experience in program management, business operations, enterprise sales strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market roles • Progression into strategic advisory responsibilities • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholder alignment • Expertise in sales strategy, sales operations, or enablement within enterprise environments • Ability to develop business cases, financial modeling, and ROI analysis • Ability to assess commercial risk and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Independent judgment in ambiguous, fast-evolving situations with competing priorities • Background in enterprise software sales or B2B sales operations • Experience with governance frameworks, portfolio management, or strategic planning at scale • Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar • Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
