Beschreibung

• Build long-term customer relationships and drive optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety • Lead a multi-site service hub team and manage daily hub operations • Manage turbine output and prioritize turbine performance to meet or exceed performance commitments • Provide staffing support, coaching, training, corrective action, and succession planning for employees and contracted partners • Own the safety culture within the hub, including contracted partners and customers • Execute daily Plan of the Day calls and manage the dispatch schedule • Serve as the customer point of contact and escalate customer concerns • Partner with the Customer Performance Manager and cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and HR • Lead turbine return-to-service activities • Lead operations across multiple sites, including weekly visits to each site • Apply LEAN thinking and creative problem solving to facility operations and productivity improvements • Drive safety focus, customer relationship growth, team engagement, and development • Oversee planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling wind hub activities, outage management, operational excellence, and financial oversight • Report to the Service Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or GE equivalent • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership • 3 years of experience in a field services or equivalent role in the energy industry • Ability and willingness to travel within the hub, potentially requiring overnight stays • Must maintain a valid driver’s license • Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Technical certification in Wind Energy or Electrical/Electronic field preferred • Advanced computer skills using word and spreadsheet processing, email programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools • Wind turbine or energy industry experience • Advanced electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic experience, including use of hydraulic power tools • Experience with heavy equipment required for facility maintenance and working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements • Comprehensive writing skills to meet contractual reporting obligations • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability, willingness, and adaptability to take initiative and work without direct supervision • Ability to work with a wide variety of personnel at all levels inside and outside of the Wind Hub • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
