Beschreibung

• Drive aftersales performance across a defined region • Partner with dealership leadership to execute GM Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives • Improve customer satisfaction and grow revenue • Report to the Zone Manager, Parts and Service • Own district performance across revenue, customer retention, and customer experience • Advise dealer leadership and foster strategic partnerships • Execute CCA programs and initiatives to achieve KPIs • Lead standardized dealer contact processes • Analyze dealership marketing and merchandising strategies and recommend ways to increase service lane traffic • Develop and execute annual business plans using data-driven insights • Assess dealership performance, identify trends, and implement solutions improving efficiency and customer satisfaction • Resolve aftersales customer concerns involving SPAC, CAC, TAC, goodwill, warranty, and policy requests • Monitor KPIs including SRT objectives, NPS, customer retention, STS compliance, and EV training and compliance • Apply expertise in automotive parts and service operations, dealer operating reports, fixed operations analysis tools, profit department structures, and consultative selling

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management highly preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% to different locations within the territory • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools • Must currently reside within New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts or be willing to relocate to Manchester, NH or a surrounding area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date • Must not require GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future • Must be legally able to operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review
