Beschreibung

• Administer Sales and Service Agreements between GM, dealerships, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftermarket stores • Consult with dealers and IAM stores to develop and implement business plans supporting sales and service objectives • Use market, sales, customer feedback, and financial information to identify opportunities and address performance gaps • Serve as a liaison between GM, dealerships, external fleet customers, and IAM stores • Provide mentoring and consulting to meet monthly and annual sales and service objectives • Track Customer Satisfaction Index results and customer feedback to identify deficiencies and opportunities • Coordinate marketing and advertising activities supporting product launches • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships • Monitor personnel training and support compliance with GM requirements and objectives • Support vehicle and parts ordering, inventory management, and inventory balancing • Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions, and competitive activity to identify revenue opportunities • Support efforts to increase GM vehicle and parts sales and assist with customer problem resolution • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including wholesale, aftersales, service & parts operations and customer experience management highly preferred • Ability to travel up to 75% to different locations within your territory • Proficiency in Google Workplace or Microsoft Suite including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools • Experience in the automotive industry and aftersales preferred • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
