Beschreibung

• Coordinate development and new construction project activities by reviewing blueprints and specifications, inspecting work, overseeing contractors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring on-time and on-budget completion • Monitor and manage project budgets by reviewing, reconciling, and approving vendor and contractor invoices, analyzing financial statements and spending, and reporting financial resource needs and issues • Develop, execute, and manage project timetables and completion schedules • Prioritize tasks and address anticipated and unanticipated delays caused by weather or changes to specifications and plans • Supervise construction-site work, contractors, and manpower • Inspect completed work for compliance with safety standards and plan specifications • Adjust staffing levels as needed to remain on schedule and within budget • Provide regular project progress updates to business leaders, equity partners, and other project contacts • Prepare routine reports and communications and respond to project information requests and concerns • Assist in assembling onsite construction teams, selecting and assigning team members, engaging contractors and subcontractors, and managing performance • Complete human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analyses • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on similar ground up construction projects with exposure to initial construction through delivery • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team and subcontractors • Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills • Highly organized in day-to-day and long-term planning and execution • Ability to track and maintain complex schedules effectively • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to effectively delegate and negotiate • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
