Beschreibung

• Manage accounts of advanced complexity in accordance with risk management objectives and corporate budgets • Manage loan workout process expenses and division and corporate expense targets • Reduce criticized and classified exposures • Analyze credit submittals, transactions and financial strengths to determine eligibility for financing restructures • Proactively manage troubled loan relationships • Monitor portfolios and quality assurance in compliance with corporate policy • Ensure compliance with training, statutes, valuation and environmental policy • Facilitate resolution of problem loans while minimizing potential company losses • Oversee quality control, accuracy and compliance for reporting processes • Analyze severely delinquent and charged-off accounts to identify problems, trends and issues for credit and management feedback • Prospect, solicit and develop relationship-based clients on behalf of the Company • Process charged-off financings, including litigation, asset discovery and fraud investigations • Mentor and coach junior workout professionals • Lead special workout projects, programs and related activities • Communicate recommendations and credit risk management processes to management to strengthen the organization and improve supervision of lending methods

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required • 9+ years of Workout or Collections experience - Required • 9+ years in the Financial Services Industry - Required • Advanced knowledge of collection and workout best practices, identification, resolution and implementation • Demonstrated experience facilitating change to achieve measurable results • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand overall strategy • Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to identify and resolve complex risk management problems • Excellent project management skills • Ability to build and foster internal relationships • Ability to lead, influence and direct peers, subordinates and management • Ability to interact with senior-level management and multiple organizational levels • Self-directed and self-motivated, with demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship • Ideal candidate experience: 5+ years of Workout; portfolio management and/or underwriting; SBA loans; multifamily properties, especially NY; presentation skills • Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Preferred
