Beschreibung

• Own Grove's day-to-day contract lifecycle process end-to-end, including intake, triage, review routing, execution, and archiving • Administer e-signature tools and troubleshoot user issues during the transition off DocuSign • Manage Legal's vendor relationships, regular check-ins, and renewal timelines • Own SOX process documentation and organize audit evidence with Finance and Internal Audit • Maintain the corporate calendar, track state registrations, and file completed board minutes • Coordinate responses to data requests, subpoenas, and document productions under counsel's strategic direction • Monitor adherence to Legal policies and procedures and proactively flag gaps • Manage filing systems, naming conventions, document retention, and legal holds • Review legal billing against billing guidelines and flag anomalies • Manage the corporate insurance portfolio, including renewals, purchases, and claims • Work directly with the GC and AGC, independently executing recurring legal operations workstreams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or in-house legal support • Track record of owning recurring workstreams independently • Genuine interest in public company legal operations • Prior exposure to SOX or corporate governance processes is a strong plus • Hands-on experience with CLMs, e-signature platforms, or procurement systems • Bachelor's degree required • Clear, professional communication skills • Ability to drive cross-functional conversations with Finance, Marketing, IT, and Engineering independently • Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflow • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information • Familiarity with Tropic, Juro, DataGrail, or similar platforms is a bonus • Background at a tech or e-commerce company is a bonus
