Beschreibung

• Receive inbound calls from patients and place outbound calls to patients • Provide clinical assessment based on established protocols and triage patients by phone or through the patient portal • Respond to patient messages in the patient portal • Create orders and route them to appropriate parties • Provide administrative support for patients’ and providers’ FMLA, ADA, and LTD/STD needs • Support training and onboarding of team members, including learner and trainer shadowing shifts • Reinforce best practices for consistent, high-quality patient care • Communicate with healthcare providers through approved methods as needed • Perform other duties necessary to support company values and mission • Maintain regular, reliable attendance during scheduled hours

🎯 Anforderungen

• Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL licensure • RN licensure in California and Minnesota is required • Current demonstration of clinical proficiency • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work within approved procedures and clinical guidelines • Electronic Medical Record experience, including EPIC, Cerner, or Greenway • Ability to use Windows-based computer software, including Adobe, MS Word, MS Excel, fax, and other tools • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a variety of direct patient care settings, including Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, or Critical Care • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Adult Nursing • Oncology experience strongly preferred • Women's Health or Labor and Delivery experience preferred • Ability to work remotely at home in a private HIPAA-compliant workspace • Ability to house company equipment needed to perform the job • Broadband internet access with minimum download speed of 24 Mbps and upload speed of 4 Mbps • Ability to hear in the normal range and wear a headset/earpiece • Good visual acuity to read computer screens, scripts, and forms • Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and identity verification prior to employment • Guideway Care does not offer immigration or work visa sponsorship
