Beschreibung

• Support inbound calls from a dedicated client queue • Identify customer health education needs through health assessment activities • Apply Preventive Guidelines and health and wellness strategies to set health improvement goals • Educate and refer customers to health resources and Cigna Medical Management programs • Provide one-to-one coaching on behavior change opportunities • Assess readiness to change and establish individualized health improvement plans • Help customers develop skills for enhanced interactions with health care providers • Document interactions and interventions in appropriate systems • Provide approved health and wellness education and supporting materials • Explain program benefits and engage customers in health coaching programs • Complete eligibility verification and explain services and processes • Identify and communicate incentive requirements and options • Deliver exceptional customer service using telephone, internet, mail, and internal Cigna resources • Monitor and respond to phone and email messages within program timeframes and client deliverables • Identify, resolve, and escalate customer and provider issues and concerns • Work in a team environment under the guidance of leads and supervisors

🎯 Anforderungen

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the respective state • At least 3 years of LPN experience in a hospital or provider’s office • Customer service experience or experience in a telephonic or LPN triage nurse role • Computer skills and ability to talk and type simultaneously • Ability to navigate multiple open windows and tabs • Ability to build rapport with patients • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for home work • Customer-centric focus • Dynamic personality
