Beschreibung

• Work collaboratively with Rehab and Pain Management provider teams and clinic staff to provide professional nursing care • Develop and implement nursing plans of care within scope of license • Communicate test results, specialized test and treatment scheduling, prescription instructions, and patient education • Document treatment appropriately in medical records • Triage patient concerns by telephone and provide nursing advice • Handle calls regarding appointments, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results • Coordinate appropriate disposition of patient calls according to clinic protocols • Complete or review healthcare forms for home health care, referrals, medical equipment, and other patient or physician needs • Assist with managed care authorization and insurance and medical forms • Help maintain patient flow and clinic workflow • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide high-quality, efficient patient service • Maintain patient confidentiality • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis • Current Wisconsin RN License required • No experience required • Previous clinic, doctor’s office, or urgent care experience preferred • Strong leadership, team building, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems, and delegate effectively • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to assess and triage patients • Reliability and confidentiality • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication • May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials and stand or walk continuously
