Beschreibung

• Develop, source, and execute strategic product assortments aligned with client needs for e-commerce and catalog promotional products • Drive sales, conversion rate, and profitability for SKUs and categories • Serve as brand ambassador and expert on brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, product trends, and industry competition • Use reporting and analysis to communicate business trends and SKU-level performance • Conduct quarterly internal and competitive analyses and recommend action steps • Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional partners and establish work-back calendars for product launches • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, costing information, and specification samples for client meetings • Manage vendor sourcing, product development, and cost negotiations while meeting target margins and price tiers • Own the sample order process and account sample budget from start to finish • Attend promotional product trade shows and supplier presentations to maintain expertise on supply chain capabilities and product trends • Collaborate with the Creative Team on trend presentations, product mockups, web photography, and related design needs • Create and maintain item bills of materials, approved proofs, product copy, size charts, and web-ready photography for Operations • Support Account Executives and Marketing at client-owned events such as tradeshows, pop-up shops, and national sales meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of 5 years experience and education • 3+ years experience within the Promotional Products industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to build strong vendor partnerships • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills • Excellent business math skills, including working knowledge of gross margin and assortment planning • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate and sell concepts to internal and external business teams • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to deliver accurately under deadlines • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service • Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitude • Ability to give, receive and respond positively to constructive feedback • Must be able to travel multiple times a year to trade shows, pop-up shop installs, and similar events
