Beschreibung

• Partner with Product Leads to evaluate and validate product vision, strategy, and roadmap decisions • Use market insights, customer engagement, opportunity assessment, and competitive analysis to guide product investments • Collect and analyze customer feedback from sales, marketing, surveys, conferences, advisory boards, and interviews • Generate actionable customer insights for product and content decisions • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities • Develop and execute strategies to introduce new or revised products into markets • Gather feedback, refine products, and build awareness, credibility, and initial adoption • Deliver insights to inform platform development and content strategy • Help increase product adoption and market share • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, competitor positioning, product differentiation, and target customer profiles • Serve as a primary product advocate in the market • Lead advisory boards and focus groups • Assist Sales by providing customer feedback and recommendations to advance adoption • Travel for conferences and direct customer engagement during peak selling periods

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to distill large amounts of customer feedback into actionable themes and recommendations • Strategic thinking across products, markets, and customer segments • Cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, sales, content, and leadership stakeholders • Strong communication and presentation skills for executives, sales teams, and customers • Focus on sales presentations for large opportunities • Math market expertise is a must-have requirement • 5+ years of experience in market development, product management, product marketing, business development, or sales • Demonstrated success identifying and evaluating market opportunities and translating insights into strategic business recommendations • Experience partnering with product leaders to inform or validate product vision, product strategy, roadmap direction, or growth initiatives • Experience conducting customer research, market analysis, competitive assessments, and opportunity evaluations • Experience developing recommendations supported by data, customer insights, and business analysis • Approximately 30% travel during peak selling periods (October/November and February/March)
