Beschreibung

• Design and evolve the agentic communications decision engine • Build and own the experimentation layer and channel orchestration for patient and provider communications • Set technical direction for a multi-vendor communications stack • Own the unified message ledger • Bring LLM-powered personalization from concept to production • Serve as the technical anchor and architectural owner for the Journey team • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CX, product, and the patient organization • Shape systems that impact patient acquisition, retention, and health outcomes • Guide the team through complex platform architecture and drive technical alignment across teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time at Staff level or equivalent • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn new technologies and systems • Systems thinking across a complex, multi-vendor platform • Experience shipping high-throughput, event-driven production systems • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment • Interest in the intersection of AI and communications • Technical depth and ability to increase team capability • Experience designing and building high-volume, event-driven communications platforms handling millions of events per month • Fluency with multi-vendor delivery stacks and build-versus-buy trade-offs • Experience with experimentation infrastructure, including A/B testing, engagement analytics, personalization, or recommendation systems • Production exposure to LLM-powered systems, including reliability, latency, and quality at scale • Ability to shape technical direction across teams without direct authority • Proficiency with Python 3 and TypeScript • Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, React, Remix, or Next.js • Experience with Postgres and Redis • Experience with AWS infrastructure, including Fargate, ECS, and S3 • Experience with Spark and Kafka • Experience with Datadog, PagerDuty, and Sentry • Experience with GitHub • Experience with Snyk and Semgrep • Experience with Lacework • Experience with Knock, Iterable, Twilio, and Mailgun • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
