Beschreibung

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with good test coverage • Review and translate product requirements into robust designs for high-quality distributed application systems • Lead design and code reviews of multiple applications • Lead multiple sprint teams within the same product area to deliver new or improved features • Address impediments to delivering high-quality solutions for product backlog items • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of intended functionality • Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers across multiple teams • Collaborate with product managers to estimate effort, prioritize work, plan, and deliver roadmap items • Drive technical strategy and vision for multiple teams • Champion operational excellence and engineering best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Preferred Master’s Degree in Computer Science • 7+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience leading multi-team engineering initiatives in distributed application systems • Proficient in one or more industry-standard programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or JavaScript • Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns • Experience with relational databases, NoSQL, and caching solutions • Skilled in REST and gRPC APIs • Experience with message queuing, data streaming, workflow, and integration frameworks • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Experience leveraging DevSecOps • Experience designing and implementing modular, configurable, secure, scalable, maintainable distributed application systems • Experience using analytics data and experimentation to improve system speed, scalability, and effectiveness • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication, collaboration, influence, and leadership skills • Demonstrated experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to multiple teams • Experience championing operational excellence, quality, performance, scalability, maintainability, and observability • Experience driving technical strategy and vision for multiple teams
