Beschreibung

• Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of the Products within acute facilities • Understand the customer’s environment, including key decision-makers, their concerns, and challenges to effectively advance the sales process • Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies and present HR HealthCare’s value proposition, including the financial and clinical impact • Maintain an elevated level of clinical and technical product knowledge, including a strong understanding of competitive activity and market trends • Collaborate with inside sales representative(s) within the territory to ensure appropriate coverage and to drive awareness of the products with key stakeholders • Perform product demonstrations, clinical and patient education and in-services at perspective and active accounts, when required • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives • Maintain a strong desire to gain new customers and expand market share within the territory • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to increase product usage • Execute HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology • Develop and execute territory plans, including customer segmentation, targeting and routing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system(s) • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and other sales team members to implement initiatives and provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • BSN required • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or urology field • Strong business acumen, hunter mentality, and results-oriented approach • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM • Ability to travel, including overnight (40% - 60%)
