Beschreibung

• Own P&L delivery for the US, including revenue growth, CAC, pricing, and retention • Lead US go-to-market execution across D2C and HCP channels • Drive local B2C execution across paid media, PR, KOLs/influencers, affiliates, newsletters, social media, and Amazon • Build and convert a qualified B2B pipeline across clinics, hypertension specialists, category bodies, and employer/payer partners • Improve the end-to-end US customer experience with Product, App and website, Operations, and Customer Support teams • Shape US commercial strategy using local market insight, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback • Represent Hilo internally and externally with press, KOLs, partners, and healthcare stakeholders • Present US commercial performance and market insight to the Executive Leadership Team and Board • Scale early B2C traction while building a structured B2B pipeline • Make Hilo the #1 voice in the US blood pressure conversation • Make the US a sizable portion of global sales • Build meaningful partnerships and pipeline from early conversations to signed deals • Identify and resolve friction points across product, web, and support to improve conversion and customer satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep commercial experience, including ownership of a market, country, or business-unit P&L • Demonstrated experience taking a product to market and scaling it through a high-growth stage • Experience spanning awareness, distribution, pricing, CAC, and retention across marketing and sales • Established relationships with key stakeholders across the US healthcare, medtech, or wellness ecosystem • Proven ability to leverage relationships to accelerate commercial partnerships • Strong execution mindset with hands-on commercial judgment • Data-driven decision-making and accountability for results • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Experience taking a regulated or clinically validated product to market in medtech, digital health, or consumer health • Credibility among clinicians, payers, and consumers • Must be US-based, preferably on the East Coast • Must be authorised to work in the United States • Able to work at least half a day overlapping with the CET-based team • Willingness to travel regularly to events, KOL meetings, and partner conversations, and to quarterly or as-needed team and business events
