Beschreibung

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog • Maximize the value of products created by the Agile team • Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is built in the right order, within budget and by the deadline • Serve as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making • Influence department strategy • Make decisions on technical approaches for project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude • Report to the Director, Product Management • Support Humana's efforts to secure and transition into a new business opportunity

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 3+ years of technical experience, product ownership, or project management experience • Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager; certification may be required after starting if not already certified • Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum, SAFe, Agile Release Trains, backlog management, and iterative delivery • Experience supporting digital tools, customer service platforms, operational workflows, or associate-facing technology solutions • Ability to balance strategic roadmap priorities with tactical delivery needs, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs • U.S. citizenship required for Department of Defense contract • Approval for a government security clearance through National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Experience with Program Integrity, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and Audits • Preferred: 3+ years working on system integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, and implementation across connected systems • Preferred: Master's degree
