Beschreibung

• Manage teams within revenue cycle operations of Huron Managed Service’s Domestic Business Office • Motivate staff to achieve customer service, operational, and financial performance goals • Manage operational performance, financial performance, and cost efficiency • Design and execute strategic priorities while managing day-to-day revenue cycle operations • Provide guidance and direction to teams to achieve area performance and staff productivity goals • Ensure staff perform duties effectively to maximize reimbursement based on services delivered • Identify and implement solutions to team problems and issues • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and review and respond to mail correspondence • Identify and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives • Participate in redesigning processes and systems to improve service, data integrity, and staff productivity/quality • Review and track trends and recommend problem and issue resolutions to leadership • Prepare service level metrics and explanatory summaries for leadership • Evaluate potential new staff and recommend hiring decisions • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs, including on-the-job training • Establish performance standards and monitor staff activities against them • Provide immediate feedback and conduct performance appraisals • Address staff performance issues through counseling and disciplinary sessions • Develop and document improvement plans involving training, competency reviews, classroom training, on-the-job training, and coaching • Report directly to the Revenue Cycle Director • Complete other duties as needed and assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of five (5) years of experience within revenue management, specifically experience with Account Billing, Follow-up, Charge Integrity, Insurance Verification or other revenue cycle activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle functions and systems • Experience in a complex multi-entity healthcare organization or large complex revenue cycle services preferred • Supervisory or team leader experience preferred • Supervisory skills emphasizing team building and strong leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of staff • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data and prepare related reports and summaries • Strong organizational skills supervising direct reporting relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Must act in accordance with Huron mission, vision, and values
