Beschreibung

• Develop strategic patient recruitment and retention recommendations for clinical trial teams • Serve as an expert consultant to project teams needing recruitment and retention support • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverable quality, and assigned project activities • Serve as the primary project contact for Patient Recruitment and Retention programs with sponsors • Select and manage recruitment and retention vendors • Coordinate strategy-related activities with study teams and sponsors to meet project milestones • Monitor current and innovative recruitment trends, vendors, and technologies • Use internal and external intelligence to support and refine project strategies • Support process improvement to maintain organizational quality

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or biological science • At least 3 years of career experience, including 2 years in the conduct of clinical trials • Knowledge of business process analytics and continuous improvement highly preferred • Pharma and/or CRO experience highly preferred • Feasibility experience required • Patient recruitment strategy planning experience at site and country level • Infectious disease clinical research background experience required • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and differing points of view • Excellent/superior presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines • Proficiency with data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, and Excel • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective time management and ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a matrix environment • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require now or in the future sponsorship for employment visa status
