Beschreibung

• Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments • Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate • Complete required internal training and assignments • Attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards • Utilize data-driven decision-making and measurement-based care • Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care

🎯 Anforderungen

• Physically based in and hold an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NC, GA, FL, SC, AL, IN, TN, and/or OK • Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent psychotherapy license • Must not require licensed supervision • Ability to work a full 40-hour work week • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent • Able and eager to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT • Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention for higher-risk client situations • Committed to quality clinical care and using client progress or challenge information to improve effectiveness • Willingness to work independently while collaborating with providers and master’s-level clinical care navigators • 3+ years of post-licensed experience (nice to have) • Willingness to be cross-licensed in other states (nice to have) • Openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families (nice to have) • Openness to working nights and weekends (nice to have)
