Beschreibung

• Protect the installed base of equipment and consumables and generate new business consumable/liquids sales • Commit to an annual sales budget and develop an annual business plan to achieve territory objectives • Forecast the monthly consumable/liquids pipeline • Maintain currency of and adhere to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures • Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas while managing within a specific expense budget • Work with teams on lead sharing, installed base protection, new business sales, and account development • Conduct scheduled personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room staff, and facility administration • Maintain, analyze, and use territory records to organize, plan, execute, and measure results • Educate and follow up with customers on product operation, utilization, and application • Provide written and oral communications to management regarding expected sales and monthly activity • Operate a specific cost center to control sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable • Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, opportunities, leads, and sales funnel updates • Develop synergy opportunities among ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners • Develop and implement creative, profitable marketing approaches for regional representatives • Submit paperwork and requested information completely and on time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent • Five plus (5+) years’ sales experience • High level of technical/clinical product knowledge • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong organizational and communication skills • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management • Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills • Expertise in product application and practice management implications • Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license • Maintain currency of and adhere to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures • Abide by state and federal employment laws
