Beschreibung

• Oversee civil self-perform team management and subcontractor performance across a portfolio of projects • Drive project execution for productivity, cost, and schedule across civil self-perform and subcontracted sites • Plan, lead, and coordinate activities associated with project execution • Organize, schedule, and coordinate civil work at project sites • Support pre-construction efforts, meetings, site visits, and project startup • Mentor Construction Managers, Associate Construction Managers, Superintendents, and other high-potential talent • Participate in interviews and support civil self-perform hiring, training, and mentoring • Facilitate risk analysis, management, and mitigation for civil field personnel • Participate in monthly project reviews and project status meetings with project teams and clients • Ensure civil self-perform and subcontracted personnel meet performance expectations • Support construction according to design, budget, and schedule • Partner with Safety leadership on safety programs and quality control • Oversee multiple large-scale civil self-perform solar sites • Assist with project closeout and commissioning • Support equipment planning and utilization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of self-perform civil leadership experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong knowledge of civil solar construction and project execution • Ability to read and apply civil drawings and specifications • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office • OSHA 30 • First Aid/CPR • SWPPP Training • Approximately 75% travel
