Beschreibung

• Oversee civil self-perform team management and subcontractor performance across a portfolio of projects • Drive project execution for productivity, cost, and schedule across civil self-perform and subcontracted sites • Plan, lead, and coordinate project execution activities • Organize, schedule, and coordinate civil work at project sites • Support pre-construction efforts, meetings, site visits, and project startup • Mentor Construction Managers, Associate Construction Managers, Superintendents, and other high-potential talent • Participate in interviews and support civil self-perform hiring, training, and mentoring • Facilitate risk analysis, management, and mitigation for civil self-perform field personnel • Participate in monthly project reviews and project status meetings with project teams and clients • Partner with the VP of Field Operations on civil staffing plans • Ensure civil self-perform and subcontracted personnel meet performance expectations • Support construction in accordance with design, budget, and schedule • Partner with Safety leadership on safety programs and quality control • Oversee multiple large-scale civil self-perform solar sites • Assist with craft-related hiring and performance management • Support equipment planning and utilization • Assist with project closeout and commissioning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of self-perform civil leadership experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong knowledge of civil solar construction and project execution • Ability to read and apply civil drawings and specifications • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office • OSHA 30 certification • First Aid/CPR certification • SWPPP training • Ability to travel approximately 75%
