Beschreibung

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity tracking, payment processing, and accounts payable operations for the clean energy asset portfolio • Perform daily cash positioning and consolidation across multiple bank accounts and legal entities using Kyriba and banking portals • Maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity models in Google Sheets to optimize daily working capital • Manage invoice intake, approval workflows, and payment runs in Stampli • Initiate and verify wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal book transfers according to authorization policies • Support bank account opening, account maintenance, signer updates, and portal user access management • Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal treasury controls across payment systems and banking activities • Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly closes to reconcile cash activity and resolve bank discrepancies • Identify opportunities to automate manual payment routines, streamline reporting, and improve system integrations • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and development teams to optimize cash management workflows and support strategic liquidity forecasting

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, accounts payable, or financial operations • Hands-on expertise using treasury management systems (Kyriba), AP automation tools (Stampli), and enterprise banking portals • Strong financial modeling skills in Google Sheets and Excel • Demonstrated capability in cash positioning and cash flow forecasting • High detail orientation and rigorous organizational habits when executing high-dollar financial transactions under fixed deadlines • Commitment to ethical stewardship, operational authenticity, and collaborative team culture aligned with Intersect's values
