Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees • Qualify inbound leads from internal campaigns, broker networks, and referrals • Conduct intro calls and opportunity presentations via Zoom • Walk candidates through each step of the discovery process, including FDD review, validation, and Discovery Day • Represent the brand at Discovery Days (20% travel) and occasional franchise expos • Maintain and report on pipeline activity using CRM tools • Partner closely with the founder and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding after close

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or pipeline-based sales (e.g., franchise sales, executive recruiting, medical device, pharmaceutical, or SaaS sales) • Experience managing full sales or candidate pipelines • Clear, confident communication and strong presentation skills • Tech-savvy and organized, with working knowledge of CRM systems • Experience working with franchise broker networks (preferred) • Understanding of FDDs, franchise agreements, and the franchise discovery process (preferred)
