Beschreibung

• Own the renewal calendar and drive renewal timelines • Surface upcoming renewals to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers • Run confirmed straight renewals from confirmation through signature • Lead renewal conversations, confirm intent, answer questions, and handle straightforward pushback on terms • Log customer needs beyond current ownership and loop in the Account Manager the same day • Prepare renewal quotes and drive agreements through signature • Manage the book of business by account tier, using full touch sequences for high-value and multi-module accounts • Maintain a weekly forecast by month, product line, and confidence • Report renewal risks, wobbling renewals, and churn accurately • Spot at-risk accounts and route adoption, commercial, or support issues to the appropriate owner • Maintain standing check-ins with Customer Success on accounts showing warning signs • Keep renewal dates, contract terms, contacts, and outcomes accurate in HubSpot • Surface patterns in customer retention and churn • Help build and document the renewals process

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3 years in a role involving direct customer interaction and a concrete deliverable, such as SaaS, inside sales, customer support, account coordination or similar • Organized with reliable follow-through across many accounts at different stages • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email • Comfortable with volume and repetition across a large book of business • Willing to deliver bad news early and report an honest number • Solid written communication with short, clear, friendly emails • Comfortable using a CRM; HubSpot experience and spreadsheet-based book-of-business tracking • Judgment to handle matters independently and escalate when appropriate • Exposure to renewals or subscription contracts • Any background in manufacturing, construction, woodworking or the trades • Experience learning a technical product from scratch • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; listed eligible states include Texas, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin • Candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, Illinois, Washington, or other states with active pay transparency requirements are not eligible
