Beschreibung

• Own the day-to-day Walmart business, including item setup, content/PDPs, pricing, promotions, competitive shops, and post-event readouts • Prepare and lead business plan meetings, line reviews, and weekly touchpoints; build buyer relationships • Build and maintain Retail Link/Scintilla dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply health • Shape and pitch feature, event, modular, secondary placement, and retail marketing opportunities • Translate the innovation pipeline into Walmart-ready NPD pitches and launch plans • Track Walmart strategy, supplier communications, earnings, and event calendars to identify opportunities • Map planograms and modulars; track space shifts, entrants, delists, and competitor activity • Analyze Nielsen and syndicated data across share, velocity, distribution, pricing, and promotion effectiveness • Conduct in-store and Walmart.com comp shops and develop quarterly category points of view • Partner with Marketing on trade marketing programs and integrated retailer activations • Share Walmart insights with Influencer & Community and identify retailer creator opportunities • Co-lead Walmart.com strategy; optimize PDPs, content, SEO, ratings, reviews, search rank, and conversion • Brief and QA Walmart Connect campaigns and track ROAS, share of search, and conversion • Manage Walmart Marketplace listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and seller performance • Partner with Sales Planning and Operations on stock, sales plans, OTIF, constraints, and excess-and-obsolete inventory • Produce weekly performance packs and identify whitespace, shelf-defense, assortment, pricing, and bundle opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in beauty/personal care account management with proven Walmart ownership • Experience with Retail Link, Walmart Connect fundamentals, Excel/Google Sheets (INDEX/MATCH, PIVOTs), and data storytelling • Hands-on experience with Nielsen or other syndicated data and Walmart Seller Center/Marketplace • Strength in forecasting, PIM/item setup, PDP/content management, and promo operations • Experience mapping planograms and building category and competitor analyses • Ability to build growth stories for features, space, NPD, and trade marketing and translate insights into buyer-ready pitches • Comfortable working daily with Marketing, Influencer & Community, Ops/Supply, and Ecommerce • Proactive, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and able to turn analysis into action quickly
