Beschreibung

• Own product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify funnel friction points • Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, turning signals into actionable insights • Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering and ensure quality issues are prioritized and closed • Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, beginning with landing pages and compliance-driven features • Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship fast, clear, and trustworthy experiences • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements • Report directly to the VP of Growth • Help improve the customer sign-up and purchase funnel for Jerry.ai’s car insurance marketplace

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations • Willingness and ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours • Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
