Beschreibung

• Partner with Sales during active opportunities to conduct discovery sessions and capture functional, technical, and integration requirements • Facilitate structured requirements workshops • Evaluate client environments, existing systems, and data maturity • Assess requirements against platform capabilities and implementation delivery model to determine feasibility and risk • Identify scope gaps, red flags, re-scoping, phasing, and escalation needs • Recommend solution approaches, phasing strategies, and delivery timelines • Escalate deals where requirements cannot be met as proposed • Author detailed Statements of Work defining scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, and responsibilities • Maintain SOW templates and improve documentation standards • Coordinate internal review and sign-off of SOWs before contract execution • Connect Sales, Implementation, Product, and clients during the pre-delivery phase • Participate in handoff meetings from Sales to Implementation • Support Project Managers and Implementation Consultants during project initiation • Provide feedback to Sales on deal structures, pricing assumptions, and scope patterns • Meet success metrics including SOW accuracy, handoff quality, time-to-SOW, and sales-cycle contribution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS or PropTech • Experience writing Statements of Work or similar client-facing scoping documents • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for executive and operational audiences • Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with enterprise clients • Exceptional written communication skills • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations • Working knowledge of HTTP methods, OAuth 2.0, API keys, bearer tokens, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger • Experience with data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation logic, and format conversion • Experience with CSV/Excel flat files, JSON, XML, and SQL relational database exports • Familiarity with ETL concepts and tools • Ability to assess source data quality and structural issues and define preparation work for ingestion or migration • Ability to read API specifications, data dictionaries, field mapping documents, and integration architecture diagrams • Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and workflows, including AI/ML, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and generative AI assistants • Ability to set realistic client expectations around AI adoption, data readiness, and change-management implications • Preferred: background in commercial real estate technology, property management platforms, or facilities/portfolio management software • Preferred: familiarity with ERP or data integration concepts such as Yardi, MRI, and JDE • Preferred: professional or managed services delivery experience • Preferred: exposure to Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Preferred: experience with Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
