Beschreibung

• Manage Technology operations for the JLL Bank of America Account • Focus on client success, service level reliability, and relationship management excellence • Proactively anticipate, escalate, and resolve technology issues • Optimize processes and develop a high-performing technology operations team • Manage Bank of America technology compliance activities, including security scanning and disaster recovery testing • Manage incident management activities for the account • Coordinate troubleshooting, support, and service for systems, equipment, and networks • Manage provisioning and user access reporting • Organize and execute onboarding of new systems to the account • Coordinate interfacing strategies between JLL and client systems • Manage hardware provisioning and support for JLL Bank of America account associates • Coordinate the account relationship with the Technology Support Center

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • Broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience • 5+ years of industry experience • Technical proficiency in IT and Business Intelligence operations • Demonstrated experience improving and optimizing processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build a high-performing team, mentor others, and drive team success • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, and SSRS; Tableau or similar is highly desired • Results-driven with outstanding customer service skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze, act, and implement to achieve desired results • Experience with Bank of America and JLL technology environments is highly desirable • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
