Beschreibung

• Provide strategic oversight of occupier services and property management operations across a multi-regional healthcare real estate portfolio • Develop and execute strategic business plans, policies, procedures, and best practices • Strengthen client partnerships and cultivate new relationships • Collaborate with senior account team members and JLL Senior Directors to deliver services • Create budgets, perform variance analysis, track expenses, manage cost recovery, and optimize portfolio revenue • Track and minimize outstanding accounts receivable across the client-owned portfolio • Source benchmarking and operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies • Lead regional property managers and property administrators across multiple properties • Build and develop high-performing teams and provide mentorship and career development • Manage tenant and landlord relationships, lease compliance, issue resolution, occupant advocacy, and improvements or space modifications • Coordinate operational activities, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, technology platforms, and reporting systems • Collaborate with lease administration, transaction management, and facilities management teams • Lead or participate in complex change management initiatives • Assist the Account Director with account expansion, business development, revenue initiatives, and M&A integration

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • 10+ years of progressive commercial property management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical office environments • 5+ years in leadership roles managing property management teams and multi-site portfolios • Proven skills in property management and building operations • Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate performance objectives • Proven track record of managing tenant and landlord relationships and delivering occupier services • Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization • Strong leadership and team development capabilities • Ability to manage property managers at varying levels of experience • Ability to lead and coach diverse teams and develop top talent • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Financial acumen with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis • Proficiency with property management technology platforms • Strategic thinking and operational improvement implementation • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Real estate brokerage or salesperson license required • Must be based in California • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
