Beschreibung

• Own product management for JLL's Order to Cash processes, including Contracts, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and third-party integrations • Manage these functions within JLL's single instance of PeopleSoft 9.2 supporting finance operations across more than 42 countries • Lead Product Managers/Product Specialists and Production Support staff • Direct product strategy from conception and definition through end of life • Deliver the approved 3-year ERP strategy and roadmap with global and regional finance partners • Manage ERP Order to Cash robustness and resolve priority issues • Establish a performance management framework for process efficiency, issue resolution, and business value • Gather business needs and translate them into functional specifications • Perform gap analysis and determine configuration, customization, or new functionality solutions • Support rollout of modules and features across business units and geographic regions • Maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and process guides • Streamline processes through system configuration and automation • Manage operational issues, reporting, resolution, and mitigation strategies • Coordinate technical activities with Oracle and third-party vendors • Oversee the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering through launch and iteration • Report to the Executive Technology Product Manager and engage with senior finance and technology management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules • Expertise in the Order to Cash process • Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout • PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management preferred • Oracle Accreditations preferred • Experience with process automation tools and emerging technologies such as GenAI applications preferred • Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage complex projects, and deliver results • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit requirements for billing and revenue workflows
