Beschreibung

• Consumer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, live chat, and email from adult consumers in Slovenia, providing precise product information and issue resolution. • Device Troubleshooting: Guide users through technical setup, battery maintenance, firmware updates, and cleaning protocols for reduced-risk heating devices and e-vapor platforms. • Order & Warranty Management: Assist with e-commerce orders, subscription plans, replacement dispatches, device registrations, and warranty claims under official brand guidelines. • Compliance & Verification: Rigorously adhere to international legal and age-verification standards, ensuring all interactions fully comply with strict industry regulations. • Case Logging: Accurate entry of consumer feedback, technical trends, and warranty requests into the corporate CRM system.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Language: Native or C2-level Slovenian and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1). • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age to work on regulated consumer products. • Home Office Setup: A quiet work space with high-speed, stable internet access (full computer kit, headset, and dual monitors provided and shipped directly to your home). • Communication: Refined phone etiquette, excellent written grammar in Slovenian, and a diplomatic, customer-oriented approach.
