Beschreibung

• Contribute to strategy discussions for the product area, own the roadmap, and defend and reassess product decisions • Build and maintain a signal system using sales, customer service, product analytics, customer interviews, and industry research • Turn market and product signals into clear, actionable recommendations • Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, delivery, and iteration • Align engineering, design, and business stakeholders while maintaining momentum • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations on go-to-market motions for new features and releases • Develop and own growth analytics, define success metrics, measure performance, and drive decisions • Develop expertise in US mortgage broker workflows, regulations, competitive dynamics, and stakeholders • Share product best practices, experiment with AI-assisted workflows, and raise PM craft across Lendesk

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience as a software product manager • Experience creating direction in ambiguous environments • Strong product analytics and instrumentation skills • Ability to interpret product data and make growth-oriented decisions • Ability to earn trust across engineering, executive, sales, and customer functions • Clear thinking and direct communication • Fast, curious learning ability • Technical fluency sufficient to work productively with engineers and understand technical constraints • Business judgment for evaluating opportunities and ruthless prioritization • Ability to contribute to go-to-market planning and execution • Current Canadian residency required • Must pass a criminal background check • Nice to have: experience in fintech, mortgage, real estate, or an adjacent regulated industry • Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools in a product or workflow context • Nice to have: background in growth or product-led growth • Nice to have: business degree (BA or MBA)
