Beschreibung

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the product area from discovery through delivery and iteration • Build and maintain a signal system combining customer interviews, analytics, sales insights, and industry research • Turn market and customer signals into clear, actionable recommendations • Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, delivery, and iteration • Keep engineering, design, and business stakeholders aligned • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations on go-to-market motions for new features and releases • Develop and own growth analytics, define success metrics, measure performance, and drive decisions • Build expertise in the Canadian mortgage industry, including workflows, regulations, competitive dynamics, and stakeholders • Contribute to product-team craft, including leveraging AI to work smarter • Design and deliver AI-powered solutions for the mortgage industry

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS • Meaningful experience creating direction in ambiguous environments • Ability to turn messy problems into clear paths forward • Strong product analytics skills, including product instrumentation, data interpretation, and growth-oriented decision-making • Understanding of regulatory and compliance work in fintech • Ability to earn trust across engineering, executive, sales, and customer functions through clear thinking and direct communication • Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with self-direction and proactive communication • Current Canadian residency • Must pass a criminal background check • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or an adjacent regulated industry preferred • Familiarity with AI tools in a product or workflow context preferred • Business degree (BA or MBA) nice to have
