Beschreibung

• Own Limble's integrations strategy and roadmap across ERP, HRIS, inventory/procurement, sensors/IoT, SCADA, and other industrial-operation systems • Identify integration opportunities using market intelligence, competitor analysis, stakeholder feedback, and Limble product vision • Define, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap from ideation and discovery through prioritization, development, and iteration • Own the external API as a product, including roadmap, versioning strategy, developer experience, and documentation • Own the product surface used by partners, including the external API, connectors, integration patterns, and documentation • Partner with the Partnerships team on scalable partner enablement through documentation, sample workflows, patterns, and reference architectures • Guide when to use Limble-built integrations versus partner-built connectors and maintain enterprise standards for reliability, SLAs, scalability, and security • Work directly with the scrum team as embedded product owner; define workflows, write functional and technical requirements, and make daily delivery decisions • Create repeatable integration patterns and frameworks to reduce the cost of future integrations • Coordinate dependencies with core product and platform PMs, negotiate sequencing, escalate with recommendations, and represent integration requirements in architecture and roadmap decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership, with clear evidence of owning a roadmap rather than executing someone else's • Experience building integrations that support a partner ecosystem — integrations and APIs that third parties build on, not only point-to-point customer connections • Manufacturing or industrial operations context; experience with plants, production environments, maintenance teams, or industrial operators • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis and translate it into defensible prioritization decisions • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives, lead customer and prospect conversations independently, and write buildable requirements • Experience with external/public API product ownership, including versioning and consumer migration • Comfort with structured integration requirements, data mappings, event models, and sync design • Track record of managing cross-team dependencies and driving alignment with peer product managers • Understanding of operational workflows across ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility/asset management systems • Fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically with sound judgment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
