Beschreibung

• Own Lirio’s intelligence platform roadmap and outcomes, aligning priorities with business goals, product vision, client needs, and healthcare market trends • Monitor market shifts, competitor and partner capabilities, and emerging technologies to guide product direction • Apply systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making to prioritize investments and trade-offs • Shape initiatives around omnichannel personalization, ecosystem expansion, interoperability, identity and consent management, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment • Own the healthcare integration layer supporting Epic, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe, EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems • Lead partner-platform integrations from technical assessment and requirements definition through delivery • Ensure the platform is reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across healthcare verticals and enterprise environments • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and align teams around platform priorities and trade-offs • Represent the platform to clients, partners, and executives by presenting recommendations and surfacing risks and dependencies • Establish and track platform success measures and connect investments to measurable outcomes • Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI throughout the product lifecycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products • Strong product fundamentals, including product vision and strategy, discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-based prioritization, and success metrics • Deep understanding of the healthcare market and buyers (payers, providers, employers, retail health) • Strong systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations • Independent ownership of an ambiguous, technically complex product area • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and senior executives • Ability to use data and metrics to validate assumptions and demonstrate business value • Comfort understanding system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints • Relevant technical experience may include REST APIs and integration patterns; healthcare data and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data); cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security • Skilled at stakeholder alignment, constructive challenge, and conflict resolution • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements strongly preferred • All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship • Preferred: healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience; AI/ML-enabled or intelligence products; HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments; startup or high-growth company experience
