Beschreibung

• Build and manage customer relationships across the region • Support lettings, inspections, and management of developments • Act as the key customer contact from viewing through move-in and from inspections through move-out • Deliver customer experiences across viewings, move-in days, mid-term inspections, and move-outs • Report and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Host viewings and open-house events • Gather and record viewing feedback in the property management system • Guide customers through application processes and answer questions • Conduct in-person Right to Rent checks where needed • Draft inventories and host home-move appointments • Undertake mid-term property and development inspections and report maintenance requirements • Conduct void inspections, including property handovers, water flushing, and insurance checks • Attend move-out appointments and draft check-out inventories • Check completion of works and dip-test workmanship quality for the centralised property management team • Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and fire risk assessments • Maintain a secure, safe, and successful estate • Build relationships with management companies, developers, agents, and internal teams • Assist with asset and tenancy management performance targets

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience of residential property inspections, lettings, or property management • Passion for delivering the highest level of customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage at all levels • Possess a UK driving licence • Ability to travel within the region • Ability to have a home EV charger installed at the home address • Proactive self-starter and disciplined lone worker • Strong organisational skills • Ability to remain calm and controlled under pressure • Understanding of and responsiveness to customer needs • Comfortable working in a changing environment • Growth mindset and willingness to try new approaches • Good range of IT skills
