Beschreibung

• Define and own the product vision for the assigned scope • Translate company objectives, product vision, and market opportunity into a roadmap from early validation to scaled adoption • Set success metrics for each initiative phase and hold the team accountable • Create internal and external alignment around the product vision • Collaborate with design and engineering to build an aligned, focused team • Drive discovery to validate problems, solutions, and willingness to pay • Ship early, learn quickly, and iterate based on real usage • Introduce an agentic paradigm alongside an established product while balancing cannibalization risk, migration paths, and customer trust • Drive post-launch adoption and own customer and business outcomes • Develop the point of view on excellent agentic B2B SaaS experiences • Partner with engineering and AI/ML on agent orchestration, model selection, and reliability • Design for trust and control between autonomous agent action and human involvement • Understand proposal, sales, asset management, and compliance/security workflows • Conduct customer and prospect discovery • Track the competitive and market landscape for agentic proposal automation • Operate independently, identify opportunities, and rally stakeholders • Communicate vision, progress, and metrics to executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers • Serve as an internal thought leader on agentic product experiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Track record of building and launching new products, finding product-market fit, and driving adoption • Direct experience building agentic or AI-driven experiences in B2B SaaS • Working knowledge of LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, latency, context windows, and model selection trade-offs • Technical credibility to partner with engineering without writing code • Adept at using AI tools for research, artifact building, prototype building, and spec building • Proven product taste and understanding of user needs and user experience • Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution instincts in ambiguous, early-stage environments • Metrics-driven approach to defining and measuring success • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-directed and entrepreneurial; comfortable with ambiguity • Results-oriented bias toward shipping and learning • Enterprise workflows, sales tech, or proposal/RFP automation experience is a plus, not a requirement • Candidates must reside in the listed hub regions to be considered • Candidates must have valid work permits / SIN to work in Canada; Loopio does not offer sponsorship
