Beschreibung

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles • Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions • Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates • Use tools to draft job descriptions and interview questions for hiring teams • Proactively source passive candidates and build pipelines through job boards including LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter • Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resume review, screener questions, interviews, and other communications • Source candidates aligned with company core values • Connect qualified candidates with hiring teams in a timely manner • Maintain candidate communication regarding application status • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer • Build and maintain a presence in the technical and industry community and marketplace • Communicate job-request status to senior management during weekly meetings • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be eligible to work in the United States • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Ability to communicate well with candidates and hiring teams • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using advanced recruiting tools and techniques • Ability to document and report back progress • Technical knowledge of Managed IT Services preferred • Experience recruiting for MSP roles preferred • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter preferred • Working knowledge of Paylocity Recruiting preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field • At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, and applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
