Beschreibung

• Support multiple facets of assigned IT solutions in Marketing, Milk Marketing, Producer Payroll, Sustainability, Customer Fulfillment, and Route Accounting • Lead solution definition and implementation aligned with IT project initiatives • Manage tasks through Define, Design, Develop, Implement, and Support project lifecycle phases • Collaborate with business users, system analysts, IT partners, and technology partners to align activities with business goals and processes • Design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions meeting business requirements • Lead programming and configuration of Salesforce Platforms • Develop functional specification documents • Coordinate enhancements involving interfaces, conversions, reports, user-exits, and forms • Connect with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new functionality • Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans in development and QA environments • Maintain system configuration and user access documentation • Ensure IT standards, policies, and controls are followed • Support issue resolution and knowledge transfer for end users • Support vendor relationship management efforts • Help implement and optimize solutions for Maola’s farmer-owned dairy cooperative and dairy-processing operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience supporting systems related to CRM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain solutions, and Sustainability solutions • Experience performing solution design, system configuration, development, testing, and defect debugging • At least 4 years of experience utilizing a system development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies • Experience involving governance, security practices, and audit compliance preferred • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred • Salesforce Certified Data Architect preferred • Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through oral, written, visual, and non-verbal channels • Ability to identify and address complex issues with minimal guidance • Ability to work collaboratively toward common goals • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds
