Beschreibung

• Prepare, submit, monitor, and facilitate applications for required state and local permits • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Delivery on permit applications • Ensure permitting compliance with state and local regulations and customer contract specifications • Serve as liaison between Osmose, customers, and government agencies on permitting matters • Build and maintain relationships with agency and customer points-of-contact • Monitor application status against legal and operational deadlines • Provide internal customers with permit status updates • Coordinate resolution of discrepancies, issues, and obstacles to receiving permits • Submit related state One Call utility locating tickets when requested • Track and provide accurate billing information for customer invoicing • Maintain documentation related to permitting, including applications, sketches, supporting information, invoices, payments, communications, and final permits • Take daily work direction from the Permit Specialist II

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Customer service skills and experience working in an office-setting • Previous experience managing and prioritizing multiple work assignments with strict deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds • Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, climb stairs, sit, and use hands to finger, handle or feel • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
