Beschreibung

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and success measures • Partner with Engagement Manager, Sales, Presales, and customer stakeholders to define executable solution approaches • Define end-to-end architectures spanning applications, data, integrations, AI, workflows, identity, security, and operations • Establish solution vision, architecture principles, design decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria • Govern architecture documents, technical specifications, interface designs, data models, decision records, and implementation guidance • Define and validate security, performance, scalability, availability, traceability, usability, and supportability requirements • Lead design reviews and maintain alignment with approved architecture, scope, and customer outcomes • Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, data and AI specialists, integration resources, QA teams, and partners • Decompose solutions into work packages and support estimates, sequencing, dependencies, and work breakdown structures • Coordinate build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Lead technical triage and root-cause analysis for complex cross-product or cross-domain issues • Support release readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and architecture knowledge transfer • Serve as primary technical advisor to customers and communicate architecture choices, tradeoffs, risks, and implications • Facilitate decisions across business, IT, security, architecture, and operational stakeholders • Manage customer expectations regarding feasibility, scope, dependencies, quality, and technical risk • Present solution status, design decisions, and technical issues to governance forums and executive stakeholders • Build customer capability through collaborative design, documentation, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer • Partner with QA and delivery leadership on validation strategy and requirements coverage • Identify and mitigate architecture, integration, data, security, performance, and deployment risks • Assess scope and design changes for feasibility, impact, effort, schedule, and operational consequences • Support change control and confirm technical deliverables and acceptance evidence before stage gates and approvals • Support proposals, demonstrations, estimates, solution narratives, Statements of Work, and delivery plans • Contribute reusable reference architectures, patterns, accelerators, templates, lessons learned, and technical standards • Maintain practical fluency across Siemens offerings and relevant enterprise technologies • Mentor consultants and technical leads in architecture methods, design quality, documentation, and customer communication • Comply with legal, commercial, information security, health and safety, and business conduct requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions • Technical leadership of multi-disciplinary implementation teams • Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements • Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria • Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams • Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones as required • Preferred: Experience with Siemens Digital Industries Software, including ICX, SLC, Mendix, Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Graph Studio, AI Studio, or related offerings • Preferred: Experience architecting multi-product solutions connecting enterprise applications, industrial data, AI, low-code applications, and business workflows • Preferred: Experience in complex enterprise environments such as industrial, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, automotive, electronics, semiconductor, or energy • Preferred: Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, APIs, integration patterns, data platforms, identity and access management, DevSecOps, or enterprise observability • Preferred: Experience directing offshore, nearshore, partner, or systems-integrator teams • Preferred: Relevant architecture, cloud, platform, security, or Siemens product certifications
