🎯 Anforderungen

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position. • Valid EU passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria. • Proven experience in customer service or a related technical support role. • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for the energy industry. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels. • Resilience and a proactive mindset to handle complex customer queries effectively.
