Beschreibung

• Launch data collection as a dedicated strategic service line • Define the operating model, sourcing structure, resourcing approach, recruitment requirements, quality standards, and delivery processes for data collection services • Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for new data collection projects, markets, languages, and contributor profiles • Translate commercial demand into sourcing and workforce plans • Staff, launch, and scale large-scale projects quickly while maintaining quality and control • Oversee and improve global talent, contributor, and data-sourcing channels • Scale the crowdsourcing delivery model across geographies, talent pools, languages, and service lines • Build and maintain an engaged community of active contributors • Establish contributor segmentation, qualification, onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement processes • Design standards for contributor communication, support, performance management, and quality control • Coach internal recruitment and talent operations teams • Introduce automation across sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, qualification, communication, scheduling, activation, and reporting • Select or implement systems for managing a distributed global contributor base • Create standardized workflows for faster, more predictable project launches • Establish performance-management systems covering sourcing funnels, conversion, costs, channel effectiveness, ramp time, quality, utilization, retention, NPS, partner performance, capacity, and demand forecasting • Deliver an operating model, unified sourcing strategy, faster ramp-ups, contributor growth, expanded geographic/language/skills coverage, partner networks, automated workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and capacity forecasts within the first 1–3 months

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic recruitment, delivery, or program management functions • Proven experience in talent operations, workforce operations, crowdsourcing, recruitment operations, data collection, outsourcing, BPO, gig platforms, or distributed workforce management • Experience launching or scaling high-volume, multi-country talent or contributor programs • Strong understanding of crowdsourced delivery models and gig workforce operations • Experience managing direct recruitment, agencies, subcontractors, communities, and external providers • Track record of building operational models, processes, controls, and performance systems from the ground up • Experience with rapid project ramp-ups and fluctuating workforce demand • Strong analytical capability using funnel, capacity, cost, quality, and productivity metrics • Strong partner-management and commercial negotiation skills • Proficiency with modern AI tools • Experience in AI data services, data annotation, data collection, content moderation, localization, BPO, customer support outsourcing, or distributed service environments is an advantage • Ability to move quickly from strategy to implementation • Ability to create structure in an evolving environment • Ability to challenge weak assumptions and bring practical solutions • Ability to build accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy • Clear communication with teams, partners, and senior leadership
