Beschreibung

• Provide comprehensive women’s health services within the mobile clinic setting • Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical histories, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and laboratory results as appropriate • Provide preventive health services including vaccinations, health screenings, nutrition counseling, and patient education • Coordinate care with other medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up for patients requiring additional support • Screen for and manage conditions that impact health, such as hypertension, diabetes, anemia, and behavioral health concerns, while coordinating referrals when advanced care is needed • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards • Assist with daily mobile clinic operations including preparing the clinical space, managing supplies and inventory, supporting patient intake and follow-up, verifying insurance when applicable, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment • Work closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and program staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care • Participate in community outreach activities to increase awareness of women’s health services offered through the mobile clinic, while building relationships with local organizations and community partners • Serve as a clinical champion for the mobile clinic program by contributing to program development, quality improvement efforts, and strategic planning to expand access to women’s health services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program, with current Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Board Certification through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) or equivalent certifying body • Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure • Clinical experience in women’s health services preferred • Certified Nurse Midwife preferred • Experience with EHR preferred • Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
