Beschreibung

• Architect the transition to an AI-First talent acquisition ecosystem • Redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows into high-efficiency, AI-native talent pipelines covering sourcing, screening, scheduling, and engagement • Author and maintain the modern Talent Acquisition best-practices playbook • Design and deliver continuous learning programs and Talent Acquisition onboarding modules • Lead change-management strategies for new tool rollouts, tracking adoption and gathering feedback • Enable hiring teams to transition AI top-of-funnel assessment insights into targeted human interviews • Act as primary business architect for the global Talent Acquisition technology stack • Ensure interoperability between Workday HCM, Ashby ATS, Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated coordination tools • Collaborate with People Tech to build native Workday workflows integrating AI assessment platforms, job boards, and automated communications • Architect dashboards measuring recruiting KPIs and AI efficiency metrics using Workday, Tableau, or PowerBI • Translate process data and adoption metrics into executive-level insights for workforce planning and tooling investments

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition • At least 2 years heavily focused on TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven process redesign • Proven experience building AI-native workflows using Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Eightfold AI, Gem, Juicebox, Noonai, or similar tools • Demonstrated ability to design structured candidate assessment criteria • 2–3 years of hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or other leading ATS workflows and integrations • Strong background in corporate training, instructional design, or change management • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience visualizing process metrics within Tableau, PowerBI, or DOMO • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical processes, AI logic, and constraints into clear, empathetic, and practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders and hiring managers • Preferred: Ashby Implementation and Optimization • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification • Preferred: Experience leading global change management initiatives
