Beschreibung

• Manage the high-volume flow of candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for hourly operational support roles • Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination • Build partnerships with hiring managers and facility HR/HCM teams to execute recruiting strategies aligned with HHS policies and procedures • Manage account-level financial processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with payroll and finance teams • Source, recruit, and screen active and passive candidates through job postings, resume searches, job boards, social media, networking, walk-ins, and job fairs • Create, post, and manage open requisitions across internal systems, external job boards, and social media platforms • Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and manage candidate expectations and communication • Support temporary staff and hourly team members throughout recruiting, onboarding, employment, and offboarding • Facilitate and monitor onboarding, pre-employment screening, training, compliance, employment changes, and offboarding documentation • Ensure compliance with employment laws, I-9 requirements, client standards, and HHS policies • Process payroll and manage billing, invoicing, accounts payable, payment tracking, and reconciliation for assigned accounts • Conduct client check-ins and collaborate on job descriptions, candidate profiles, hiring expectations, and staffing priorities • Communicate with directors, operational vice presidents, TMR, and location managers regarding hiring, onboarding, and issue resolution • Attend weekly operations meetings to identify staffing needs • Maintain recruitment and account records, analyze recruiting and onboarding metrics, and identify improvement opportunities • Partner with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals • Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least two-to-three years of prior management experience in a staffing environment as a branch manager or in a similar role is required • Equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 1+ years working in a recruiting or human resource department specializing in onboarding or HRIS • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and staffing required • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Staffing experience in a temporary labor market • In-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels within the organization, both in writing and in person • Phone and computer (including email) etiquette • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Self-motivated and driven to succeed • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Attention to detail with a “can-do” attitude • Ability to anticipate leadership’s needs; taking initiative to reach milestones on goals
