Beschreibung

• Own whether solutions are valuable to customers and viable for the business • Execute against and help inform product vision and strategy for the Core Athlete experience • Translate product strategy into a phased roadmap and foster shared understanding across teams and stakeholders • Build and maintain knowledge of the business, athletes, families, behavioral data, and product technology • Own the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria that clarify the rationale • Partner with design, engineering, and cross-functional business teams from discovery through delivery • Run experiments to test solutions before committing roadmap resources • Track industry trends and the competitive landscape in athlete recruiting • Apply AI to product opportunities and to research, analysis, and workflow efficiency • Build stakeholder trust across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Support using data and clear narratives • Remain accountable for the metrics behind the roadmap and business outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including consumer-facing or user-facing products on a sprint-based, cross-functional team • Demonstrated ability to run product discovery, frame problems, test solutions with real users, and discontinue unsupported ideas • Working SQL skills and ability to pull and interpret own data • Experience partnering directly with engineers and designers as peers from discovery to delivery • Genuine curiosity about the business, customers, data, and technology • AI fluency and day-to-day comfort using AI tools, including understanding AI limitations and opportunities • Track record of turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a clear, prioritized backlog • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into product strategies and roadmaps • Exceptional communication, storytelling, influencing, and senior-stakeholder alignment skills • Ability to write a persuasive one-page narrative for skeptical executives • Highly self-motivated and resourceful; comfortable leading strategy and execution • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments • Comfortable defending positions with data while remaining open to being wrong
