Beschreibung

• Originate purchase and refinance loans from company-provided leads via phone • Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer appropriate mortgage products • Manage the loan pipeline from application through closing • Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and other teams to secure timely and accurate approvals • Obtain credit reports, income verification, appraisals, and other information required to close loans • Maintain compliance with TILA, RESPA, Fair Lending standards, federal and state lending regulations, and the Newrez Code of Conduct • Provide superior customer service • Meet individual monthly sales goals • Stay informed about developing mortgage industry trends • Perform related duties assigned by management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required • 2+ years’ origination experience • Active NMLS license • Must maintain mortgage licenses through mandatory annual continuing education • Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines • Proficiency with loan origination system H2O • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams • Ability to adapt to new digital tools • Must return all voicemails within 24 hours • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with careful decision-making skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Professional communication skills • Must pass a background check for state licensing • Must have a smartphone meeting Company security standards and be able to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Inside sales experience preferred
